Good flower arrangements but poor delivery. They cannot deliver before 9am in the morning, even though they commit to 7am and charge Rs.150 extra for 'fixed time delivery'. And you cannot get through to anybody on the phone till 10am if your flowers don't show up.
There is no sense of ownership to see that the job is done. The lady at the front desk is not confident enough to run the store. She is busy figuring out the best way to deflect difficult questions. She does not take ownership about ensuring delivery, just interested in punching in the order.
