After a second visit, though I have no recollection of the first, I'm surprised I don't dine here more often. The hotel lobby isn't impressive at all since it's just big enough for one Chinese tour group and has no manner of art. On the right is a shady entrance to a pub that is absolutely fabulous no matter what you figure at first glance. The restaurant is straight ahead through glass doors and looks smaller from the outside.

Myself and my friend , Ms. Tamhane, happened to go there for some lunch , after we had done some shopping at Laxmi Road. Even after confirming that lunch is on, as it was around 2.30 p,m,. we were not given the regular menu, but a substitute, i ordered for a Mojito, which was flat and insipid, the bread was stale and awfully hard, fish was missing from the over-fried batter, which was too oily as fried twice, mutton boryani was cold, and contained only big bones, minus meat ! If you want to have a nice evening, head straight to the 'Glass Window' that is nicely tucked away at the Deccan Rendezvous on Apte Road.
The place has a musician playing the Organ during the evenings which adds a pleasant note to this restaurant.
The food here is quite authentic. They serve a Pan Asian menu alongwith continental and Italian too. The Lasagne Polo was good. We all enjoyed the kali mirch fish as starters, the mushrooms too were good. Achari Chicken tikka was another great starter.
The rotis need to be looked into though. They are quite rubbery.
