    Its abour 5 months after drkolawales treatment but there is no weight gain , feels good . to see the weight still at 67 , ya due to some mistakes had some ups and down , but at the end a excellent exprience about new girl , am amazed at her comment dr dosent gives 3 minutes , ha ha , he is a doctor and not marketing guru , new girl keep in mind brilliant people like dr speak less and work more , try hard you will also lose weight . best of luck .

    I have followed Dr Kholawwale,s pune weight loss plan for 4 weeks and lost 3kgs only..Moreover now i feel hungry all the time no matter how much I eat the panned carrots/apples/cucumbers or drink n number of cups of tea. My cheatings are increasing and even daal roti seems heavenly now.I completely disbelief that people have lost more than 6 kgs via this diet plan and ayurvedic medicines. its too tough to keep .The worst part is Dr does not talk more than 3 to 4 mins on phone due to which i feel more disconnected.     Me and my wife were at his treatment for just five weeks and were able to reduce six to eight kgs of weight with a proper diet and medicine schedule .,ya indeed dr kolwale is good for weight loss , there is no muscle loss or anything I think people like radhika are some of his competitors who are misguiding people , the charges are also reasonable we would definitely recommend drkolawales for good weight loss.

    well, congrsat ppl for ur weightloss! i have lost it through gymin n diet i was 112 kg now am 58 kgs but i was never recommended by anyone to skip my roti sabji!o common .. carbohydrates are essential part of daily meals! while skippin roti and following such fad diet one day salad one day fruit anyone can los weight without any medicines!yeah but u will lose ur muscles and not fat!pls take care of ur body u live into it! weighloss is part of life but it has no shortcuts!1 dont play with ur health .. even if u r 300 kgs stayin on salads and fruits is not recommended by any professional doctor!!... read more
