    My friend told about it, otherwise its not easy to locate this hotel on Kumthekar Road. Compare to other sea-food hotels, rates are very cheap. I tried Surmai Thali. In one surmai thali got Surmai Fry, Bangda Curry, Prawns Masala and Fish Pickle. For just 210 rupees it was damn a deal :D ! Fish Pickle and Prawns Masala out here are different and really fresh change for the taste .. Bangda Curry is also more spicy than usual restaurants and have pure Malwani taste. Due to shallow fry Fish, order took a time but the taste and the price is worth for the wait and pain to find parking place on kumthekar... read more

    Try the fry items here - like Surmai Fry, Prawns Fry, Pomphret Fry etc. Unlike other sea food restaurants in Pune, who deep fry the fish in Rawa (which tastes more like a pakoda than a fish), these ppl seem to shallow fry the fish in typical konkan style.

    Also try the Fish chutney in the thali, its AWESOME !!!!

    The restaurant is hard to find (how typical of good restaurants). And considering its in the city center there is no parking space. So...reduced 1 star !!! The rest 4 stars are for the taste of the fish in this place. AMAZING!!!
