We had been here last week for a post-birthday party. The ambiance is good, neat and well-maintained. You are greeted with a warm welcome. The thali's are already placed on the table.
The food quality was below average. Although one of my friend admitted that it was really good a year back, she already agreed with me this time. The vegetables had no flavour (there was no spice thankfully). Every veggie tasted like the other, there was no difference in the bland taste. The roti's were decent. SUbji's served- some green pasty thing, potato, egg plant and 3 types of dal. The kheer also had no taste :( I was very hungry so ate it up without muttering anything. My friend who was giving the treat did not eat anything and was very sad that day. I had to go home and have fruits to fill up my stomach! All in all, it would be good for the cook to add flavour-AND NOT SPICE and then it should work. There was only plain rice and dal khichadi. No dessert as well :( I did not understand the long queue as the 6 of us are sure not to visit this again!
