I see a review by another individual on Reliance Digital Store at ITI Road Aundh. I completely agree with the review and have recently experienced the same pathetic careless irresponsible service after purchasing a brand new washing machine.
My story is too big to write the entire sequence of events, but in summary after 10 full days of purchasing a new washing machine and making full payment, I still don't have the working product installed and running in my house! They took 2 days to deliver the machine after purchase and promised installation within 24 hours. Nobody even bothered to call, forget to actually come and install. Upon repeated phone calls to their services team, they finally sent a person to install after 48 hours. The person was a completely incompetent individual. The brand new product DID NOT EVEN START at the time of DEMONSTRATION!!!!!! He said we need to replace it and went away. Again 24 hrs of not knowing what to do next without getting a single call from Reliance Digital. And so my saga of making numerous trips to the ITI road store and several phone calls continued.
Each time you go to the store you meet a new 'service' personnel, who will promise to take care of your issue immediately and give you all sorts of gurantees and false promises. This has continued to no end until I actually put my foot down called their higher authorities.
Like the previous individual who gave the review on this store, I too have shared my horrible experience with Reliance Digital Aundh. Now it is upto the people to decide whether to enter this store or not!
