    This place before and now drastic change good to bad and now its becoming worst , in quality , poor service , attitude of the manager while talking to people . We had asked tomato and palak soup. The tomato soup was too sweet in it and palak had no taste. When we asked the manager he said this is the best soup in pune. Tandoor chicken was cold and it was over fried and we could see black color on the tandoor . We literally ran away from this place and went to Malaka and had dinner.     The security guard was bit rude in telling me that its still 10 minutes for restaurant to open as it was just 6:20 PM.
    The drink served was supposed to be cold but it was not.
    I found stone in the chana masala ordered for which they asked me for replacing the item. They give me a refill to the chana masala which I just ate to finish the left over naan.

    Masala papad was good. but less in quantity.

    An extremely disappointing experience last night.. The service was very poor to the extent of people being rude. While we understand that things work around rules, but hospitaliy is an industry which revolves more around customers and that too the loyal ones.
    The food was terrible. Dal mkhani had no makhan at all and was probably stale. We all had bad stomach in the night. Thankfully, fried bhindi was the only thing that came to rescue our hunger.
    Sheer disappointment. The place had totally lost its charm!
