Okay food, HORRIBLE service
I have been here very many times as part of our corporate outings, as well as on my own with my family.
The food is mediocre, at best okay, and the service is pathetic. They are too rigid on their norms, are not customer centric, and can embarass the hell out of you.
Once, after a bad experience, I left scathing feedback on their feedback form. The restaurant site manager, Shyambhavi, called me and offered me a meal for 2 at the restaurant's expense, in an attempt to "help me change my mind and to give the staff to serve us better".
Once we got there, we were made to wait for 40 minutes, at the end of which we were told that Shyambhavi was on holiday, and no complimentary mean passes had been left for us at the till.
We left a second round of scathing feedback, after which there was no attempt on the management's behalf to even get back to us with an explanation. I am still waiting Shyambhavi..
